Charter of the Movement for Global Mental Health
| 1. |
The Movement for GMH is a global network of individuals and institutions who are committed to further the goal of scaling up of evidence-based services for people living with mental disorders and protecting their human rights. This is the primary focus of the Movement.

The Movement does not have any office, secretariat, chairperson, bank account or budget.
| 4. |
The Movement is a coalition whose individual and institutional members invest their own resources to carry out activities that will advance the goals of the Movement. They can also raise additional resources for this purpose.
