I1: Presence of official policy, programme or plan for mental health (Atlas, AIMS 1.1.1, 1.2.1) (either including or accompanied by a policy on child and adolescent mental health).

I2: Specified budget for mental health as a proportion of total health budget (Atlas, AIMS 1.5.1).

T4: Make basic pharmacological treatments available in primary care.

 

I4: Proportion of primary health care  clinics in which a physician or an equivalent health worker is available, where at least one psychotropic medicine of each therapeutic category (anti-psychotic, antidepressant, mood stabiliser, anxiolytic and anti-epileptic medicines) is available in the facility or in a nearby pharmacy all year long (AIMS 3.1.7).
