This photo gallery consists of photos for all sections of this site. However in some sections, we post images of people living with mental disorders. Some of these images are very disturbing and display the shocking conditions experienced by people living with mental disorders in the institutions built to care for them, or in the communities in which they live. Almost all of these harrowing images have been taken without the written informed consent of the individuals in the photo. We believe that displaying these images will serve the purpose of highlighting the appalling plight of people living with mental disorders and impact of peoples moral conscience in a way which words simply cannot touch.
